RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our goods cannot be returned as they require special storage and delivery conditions. We guarantee the delivery of the goods to the Buyer in compliance with these storage and delivery requirements. We do not accept returns as the Buyer cannot guarantee the proper storage of the goods and therefore the quality.
You may claim the refund only in case the products haven’t been delivered to you. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 (thirty) days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not report the defective or damaged item within 12 (twelve) hours of delivery, we will not accept the item for exchange. You will be required to send us a photo of a wrong, damaged or defective item, showing the damage or defect clearly. We do not consider any claims for exchanges without a photo.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
All the claims shall include the reference number of the Client’s order. The claims without the order reference number will not be considered.
